Returns & Refunds Overview

Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, most orders are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun. However, if a post production issue arises — you’ll get a fix or your money back. No stress.

 

Refunds & Reprints: What’s Covered

We offer refunds, full credits, or reprints if your order meets any of the following:

 

1. Incorrect Customization

    •    The imprint does not match the final approved mockup

    •    Wrong product or size was delivered

    •    Missing items in your order

 

2. Defective Products

    •    Items arrive damaged or unusable

    •    Major print defects (smudging, fading, misalignment)

    •    Apparel with rips, tears, or clear manufacturer flaws

 

3. Shipping Errors

    •    Your order was delivered to the wrong address due to our mistake

    •    Products arrived after your guaranteed delivery date (if one was confirmed in writing)

 

We will reprint and reship at no cost or issue a refund depending on your preference and urgency.

 

What’s Not Eligible for Refund

 

1. Customer-Approved Errors

 

If you approve a mockup with an error (e.g., wrong logo, color, or size), we cannot refund or reprint. Always double-check your proofs!

 

2. Minor Variations

    •    Slight color or placement differences (within industry tolerances)

    •    Size variances within acceptable manufacturer limits (approx. ±1”)

 

3. Late Deliveries Without Confirmation/Guarantee

 

If you needed a rush date but did not get confirmation in writing, we cannot refund based on arrival time.

 

4. Custom Orders After Production Has Started

 

Once items are printed, embroidered, or branded — they’re yours. We cannot restock or resell personalized products.

 

Return Process (If Eligible)

    1.    Contact Us at howdy@brandcow.co within 5 business days of delivery.

    2.    Include photos of the issue + your order number.

    3.    We’ll respond within 1 business day with next steps.

 

If your claim is approved:

    •    We may ask you to return a sample for inspection

    •    We’ll issue a refund, credit, or reprint based on your preference

 

Refund Timing

    •    Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.

    •    Store credits can be applied instantly to your next order.
